We found Kevin @ The Preferred Team through the Zillow app (we are out of town), he called us IMMEDIATELY upon our inquiry and talked with us about the property we were looking at, he guided us away from it after he listened to what we wanted. He knows the listings in his area(s) because rotten beams weren't in the ad.

We found another property and he called again, we set an appointment and met us there. The rest is history! We put an offer in that same day and it was accepted the following day.

The next business day we had an email with an introduction and description of everything we can expect from that point to closing. His team was instrumental in keeping us (mostly me) cool during this roller coaster of the buying process by keeping us informed throughout the process. And even better, Kevin had excellent recommendations for all of the services we needed (i.e., loan officer, homeowners' insurance, etc). On that note, going back, Kevin even called the loan officer from our property tour, on a Saturday, put him on speaker to answer some of our financing questions (wow). So, he made it a "one-stop shop"! His insurance company recommendation was $350.00 lower than what our current provider quoted.

Throughout the process the entire team was involved to guide us. However, there were several times I wanted to speak with Kevin directly and he was always readily available to us.

My husband and I just closed on our waterfront home this week! The title company (he recommended) sent a notary to our home so we didn’t even have to travel the 6 hours round trip!
